First of all, nice plot. I like your path and walls. but there are a few problems.
There is no source to your pond. The tree would have sucked all the water out of it a long time ago. Also, I think you should have more terraforming at the bottom of the pond. It does not have enough holes/ depth. The banks of the pond is also grass blocks, you should have used sand/whatever u were using at the bottom.
The roots of the big tree are wrong. Tree roots don't go back up like that, the tree will fall. There is also this ring around the tree at water level, it's weird. The wood should be different levels.
The stone mountains are good. I like how you used different kinds of stone. But you should plant something on it/ use some grass blocks/vines because there should be plants growing on it when the ground is so full of plants.
There is no entrance to your treehouse and it looks like someone lives in there. Though this isn't really important you are only applying for terraformer.
K i understand your concerns.
1. the whole water source thing.... well i had one but I was told to get rid of it.... so i will add a new one.
2. that tree-house thing was just a work space where i had my blocks so i could select them easily and then i turned it into a "thank you" area where i listed the names of the people who left suggestions or did a little help.
I will get ride of the tree house since so many people hate it.
3. I will get to work on the banks of the pond.

Thanks for submitting your plot! Sorry for the delay in reviews. I'll jump right into it:
The change from grass to mountain seems very abrupt. On one level, it's grass, and on the next, it's not.
This could probably be improved by having some grass higher up, but of course, growing sparser as the y-value increases.
I'm not really sure I should be calling it a mountain either, due to the size. It looks more like a man-made pile of rocks with a tree on top. I do like the block palette though, very nice!
I really liked the custom trees you had dotted around the plot, although the larger tree isn't as good. The tree itself is big, but the branches are very thin. It seems scrawny and weak in contrast to the smaller trees. You've got an awesome trunk, it just needs a few more leaves.
I did like that you added a layer to the bottom of your lakes and rivers. Too often I find people leave it as dirt, or worse, grass. Good job on that! The banks were a bit strange to me though. Once the water starts, the bank drops away 2 blocks. I think it would look much better if it was more gradual.
You need to be careful of little things like this. When you're using farmland or other blocks that have a height less than 1, make sure that there is always a block behind it so you don't end up with holes like this.
Also, it's a good idea to put a foundation block under walls so that they don't appear to be sitting on dirt. In reality, this wall would have washed away long ago as the soil under it collapses.
Overall, good first plot! I can't wait to see what you build next.
